Veterinary Public Health Concentration Area

The Veterinary Public Health concentration focuses on the health consequences related to the management of the interface between animals and human beings.  This course of study provides detailed working knowledge of quantitative assessment of risks and strategies to prevent human diseases from animals and foods of animal origin.

Program of Study for the Master's Degree

45 credit hours are required for degree completion.

  • 33 credit hours are from required courses.
  • A minimum of 12 credit hours are required from approved elective courses.

The Programs of Study vary according to student's the year and term of entrance.
